I have 10 years experience within reatail management and customer service sector where I handled multiple demands and shifting priorities on a day-to-day basis, by working to ensure deadlines and standards are not only met but maintained. My experience in this field has enabled me to proficiently demonstrate the ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions. I have the the aptitude to absorb administrative processes and IT systems quickly. I naturally question procedures and unpick complex tasks with confidence and suggest improvements to my seniors with tact and diplomacy. I have extent experience of working in a client focussed environment and providing timely and excellent customer service to a wide range of stakeholders.
