8+ Years of Experience I am very knowledgeable to administrative functions such as record keeping, report writing, composing correspondence and establishing procedures for orderly operations. I processes expense reports. I coordinate and direct projects involving analytical reporting and tracking to aid executives. I study administrative processes/methods to improve workflow, simplify reporting procedures or implement cost reductions. Interpret and communicate the Executive’s intent to other managers I collaborate with various staff and departments in preparing special reports. I work with the executive admin teams to generate and keep current a corporate governance schedule. I manage vendors and assess for changes and improvements in conjunction with office requirements; process purchase orders via internal procurement management system (iProcure); must oversee the process from inception to final approval. I process invoices in conjunction with purchase order management and resolve discrepancies that may arise. I order office and kitchen supplies, ensuring inventory levels are adequately maintained while keeping an updated list of items that should always be in stock. Manage IT activities: a) act as intermediary to various issues b) initiate desktop and telephony support and follow up on issues until resolved; c) maintain copier and printers making sure machines are replenished with paper and toner as necessary. I support building facilities requirements such as distribution and maintenance of office keys and badges and liaise with property Management Company to fulfill requirements. I coordinate all shipping and receiving activities; must be proactive in tracking packages of urgent nature. I work with departments in our Nashville HQ to complete projects.
