Administrative Expert + Inside Sales

I help entrepreneurs deliver excellence and grow (or rebuild -- post-Corona) their business. If you are like many of my clients and business colleagues, you were experiencing predictable success in the growth stage of the business model. NOW you are being transitioned back to an early start-up phase. My heart breaks as I stand alongside seasoned leaders and exceptional entrepreneurs as they see years of dedicated, hard work unravel. It is my hope, you are one of the lucky ones that is not affected by the economic crisis. I am here to help! With over 20 years of experience, I understand all facets of a small business along with a solid understanding of the business cycle. Here is how I can help: • Immediate need: I offer assistance with your essential tasks to maintain an exceptional client experience and keep the business operations functioning. • As things improve: I can implement systems for operations, marketing, sales and HR. • Returning to normal: I can assist with hiring when you are ready to fill part-time and full-time positions. How does this work? 1. We talk on Zoom for an hour weekly (or bi-weekly). Mondays are preferred. We make sure all tasks from the previous week are completed. We discuss any issues that may have arisen or brain storm new revenue generating ideas. Last, we assign tasks to be completed for the upcoming week. 2. Focused communications via email throughout the week on project updates. 3. If applicable, we will set up a Scorecard to measure progress! What kind of services do you offer? • Executive assisting for your client’s work-related projects – Understanding exceptional customer service, my clients allow me to talk to their A-list clients. • Marketing (online and offline) – I can help you develop a marketing plan to keep the various stages of the sales funnel full. I have extensive experience managing event marketing and Constant Contact e-mail marketing. • Inside sales – From prospecting to conducting the sales presentation on Zoom, I understand buying signals and how to nurture business relationships. • Operations – Light bookkeeping, database management (HubSpot only) & project management • Managing virtual teams With experience working with consultants, coaches, authors/speakers, associations, lawyers, CPAs and nonprofits, I am a team member to represent you as a thought-leader and your company as an industry leader.
