- Provides administrative support to the Management and Company through conducting and organizing duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
- Prepares and processes confidential correspondence, reports, agendas, and general papers from handwritten drafts and proofreads the accuracy before final print out.
- Organizes and coordinates meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
- Maintain schedules and calendars, handle incoming mails and other materials
- Maintains databases, soft and hard copies of all correspondence, presentations prepared by staff
- Set up work procedures. And maintain proper filing systems
- Oversee front-office operations and provide impeccable customer service
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing calls
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- Accounting/Finance:
o Vouchering, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, insurance billing, budgeting.
o Handles petty cash disbursements and check preparations.
o Inventory, requisition, purchasing and control of office supplies: receiving and withdrawals
- Rapidly learn and master varied computer programs and software
- Performs any other tasks or assignments as requested.
