ADMINISTRATIVE/ACCOUNTING/CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMMUNICATION: REPORTS/PRESENTATIONS/TECHNOLOGY:
Provides administrative support to the Management and Company through conducting and organizing duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
Prepares and processes confidential correspondence, reports, agendas, and general papers from handwritten drafts and proofreads the accuracy before final print out.
Prepares proposals, engagement letters and presentations for clients meeting
Organizes and coordinates meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
Maintain schedules and calendars, handle incoming mails and other materials
Maintains databases, soft and hard copies of all correspondence, presentations prepared by staff
Set up work procedures. And maintain proper filing systems
Oversee front-office operations and provide impeccable customer service
Responsible for all incoming and outgoing calls
Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
Coordinate flow of information both internally and externally
Accounting/Finance:
o Vouchering, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, insurance billing, budgeting.
o Handles petty cash disbursements and check preparations.
o Inventory, requisition,purchasing and control of office supplies: receiving and withdrawals
Rapidly learn and master varied computer programs and software
Performs any other tasks or assignments as requested.
