I know and love Laravel and code in it almost daily. I can create a complex app from scratch or if your programmer(s) abandoned you or not delivering, I'm more than able to sort it out and take over without having to start over. My hourly rate may seem low, but I live in Colombia where my cost of living is very low but income taxes are very high!
