I'm Joe, an expat currently residing in Colombia.

I'm a full stack developer (LAMP) in WordPress and Laravel but can easily work with any PHP framework or CMS, and I'm fluent with C#/ASP.NET, Android, and React. I'm often asked to take over abandoned projects or to modify out of the box apps and I actually thrive on that type of work as I'm first and foremost a problem solver. I have 10+ years of experience and absolutely up to date on the latest programming tools and techniques. I actively use Copilot, ChatGPT and Bard in my work, for one.

My rate may seem low for a gringo, but it's actually very good here as living costs are 1/3rd that of the USA. and quite frankly, income taxes are very high here!

Work Terms

Flexible. Can be with or without contract depending on amount of work. Will sign NDA as required. If contract, the usual deliverables, milestones, maintenance and other terms. Can provide standard contractor agreement if you don't have one. Payments via PayPal, Stripe or Wave in USD, EUR, GBP or CAD.
