  Quality Excellence bid after viewing our code was $1,200.00. After a week into the project, I was sent an additional invoice for the full amount. After a third week I was send an additional invoice for the full amount and after a fourth week was again sent an invoice for the FULL amount. So I paid four times the agreed upon price. I felt that I was over a barrel and didn't have any choice but to let Ved and his team continue. I believe they did good work but was surprised that I continued to receive invoices way beyond the agreed upon amount for the project. If you are going to use Ved and Quality Excellence, be prepared to receive invoices outside of the agreed upon price.
