Roles and Responsibilities
Provides DevOps/level 2 application support
Lessens repeating alerts/incidents by fixing the root cause
Handles user inquiry via company's communication.
Follows a ticketing procedure for any incidents (SNOW)
Conducts problem analysis contributing to resolve production issue
Work with level 3/developers in resolving incidents, if necessary
Collaborate with upstream support team to fix any issues that may or already impact our operations team report generation.
