I have extensive experience in development and monitoring of projects in different countries (including my country of origin Venezuela). In Panama I was in charge of the residence (binnacle) of a work in the old town (Hotel Boutique Casa Lola) and also developed several details in the development of it, draw, update and organize the entire planimetry of the project to re-introduce ( 97 plans) in municipal engineering. On the other hand, I was able to develop my own design and construction projects and my last experience was as a construction supervisor (among other functions) in an interior design company where; coordinate work for execution of work in correspondence with schedule and specialties. I organized contractor activities. Realized and updated plans (2D / 3D) for construction. I chose, bought and procured the finishing materials and various elements necessary for the construction and final delivery of the property (turnkey). Total supervision in execution of work.
