Experience to undertake any architectural design work

I graduated in 1998 at the Central University of Venezuela, before I was already working in a landscaping office and when I graduated I started working in an architectural design and supervision office. Then I was head of work in a club and after several experiences I worked in the Ministry of Housing. Migrate for Panama; where I had two work experiences apart from some own works. At ConstructoraTrentino I worked as a resident architect at Casa Lola hotel (building heritage value), where I planned and coordinated all the work's activities. I kept daily log as well as monthly reports of it. In case of requiring another document, it was also elaborated. I updated all the planimetry (architecture, civil and facilities) to reintroduce the project into heritage (97 plans). And in Santamirano; Coordinated work for execution of work in correspondence with schedule and specialties. I organized contractor activities. Realized and updated plans (2D / 3D) for construction. I chose and procured finishing materials and different elements necessary in construction. Supervision in execution of work. Migrate for Argentina and I was a Senior Architect at TECMA where I developed the complete planimetry of 3 stations of the Belgrano Norte line, according to requirements of Argentine Railways.

Work Terms
