• Operate Autodesk and Microsoft software’s to accommodate principal needs within residential designs.

•  Work diligently to meet specific standards for client expectations within sustainable residential environment.

• Prepare residential / commercial construction documents and required documents to obtain permits. Conduct plan reviews to appropriate jurisdiction’s building permit codes, zoning, and prepare building permit application.

• Interact with the client’s architect, engineers, contractors, city/county plan reviewers, and other vendors for consulting and accompanying documents for draft cost proposals and required documents for city permitting center.

• Ensure to be knowledgeable about the most recent building codes, variances, platting, and stay abreast of chances in building codes, zoning requirements and AHJ’s process.
