As an architectural designer and permit expeditor, I'm willing to help assist you with setting up construction documents and to ensure all latest IBC codes (municode, etc.) meet compliance jurisdiction code, ordinance, and regulations leading up to permitting process.

I acknowledge a jurisdictions - land ordinance, zoning & planning, and building code compliance. This will help prep the feasible design process from schematic design to construction documents. Depending on the Geographic (GeoTech) of a project will need additional information if in a flood prone area. When submitting a completed plan set to the jurisdiction (along with appraisal district, owner information, and contractors) the plan set will go through various departments in the building divisions such an planning, storm drain, traffic, utility, flood control, etc.

I use Revit 2020 for design and CD phase. Floor plan, slab plan, elevation, interior elevation, sections, ceiling plan, electrical plan, framing plan, and site plan.

My specialty is single family residence, multi-family residence, and commercial tenant build out designs.
