• Assist the owner in the initial evaluation of the potential opportunity to purchase new assets by providing/reviewing information about past performance, current market conditions and future projections. • Create investment evaluation / investor equity raise / debt financing financial projections and due diligence package for the purchase of new assets • Review purchase/sale agreement and negotiate key terms. • Apply for, negotiate and settle acquisition loans with various financial institutions for the Company • Coordinate asset purchase with buyer’s professional team of accountants, lawyers, brokers and consultants. • Coordinate settlement process. Review/approve settlement sheet. Attend settlement. • Record transaction in owner’s accounting system. • Coordinate cost segregation study with outside consultant.
