I am a licensed attorney with over 13 years of experience handling Commercial Disputes and Labor & Employment matters. I have represented clients in all types of business disputes and have experience with jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, mediations, injunctive relief, motion practice, discovery practice, and pre-trial practice. I also have experience representing and counseling clients in a variety of labor & employment matters. In 2013, I left the big law firm to work as General Counsel for a Dallas-based real estate company. In my role as GC, I created employment agreements, drafted internal legal policies, reviewed contracts, negotiated contracts with outside vendors, drafted demand letters, managed potential litigation in the pre-suit phase, attended mediations, and advised the company on all legal matters. I am licensed to practice in the State of Texas and admitted to practice in the Northern, Eastern, & Southern Districts of Texas.
