As a Customer Service Representative I had a great time helping people with credit card questions, billing and troubleshooting of website issues, currently I work providing assistance with Cell Phone issues as well as basic technical support. I have excellent soft skils and great tone of voice, I allways show sincere desire to help and give the extra mile for the customer. My supervisor says that I speak with customer the same way I do with my friends, she likes that because it makes me sound genuine and caring. I am smart, organized, fast learner and I can relate with different kinds of characters, if the customer is upset I never take it in a personal way, but if they are happy I like to make connection and all of the times I try to give them the best of me.
