I like to help people and I follow instructions
As a Customer Service Representative for the last 8 years I had a great time helping people with credit card questions, billing and troubleshooting of
website issues.
I also worked providing assistance with Cell Phone issues and sales
as well as basic technical support.
I have excellent soft skils and great tone of voice, I allways show sincere desire to help and give the extra mile for the customer.
My supervisor says that I speak with customer the same way I do with my friends, she likes that because it makes me sound genuine and caring. I am smart, organized, and I can relate with different kinds of characters, if the customer is upset I never take it in a personal way, but if they are happy I like to make connection and all of the times I try to give them the best of me.
I really like the fact that I am able to help the customer with something that will make her life better. I want to do more and I know I am ready.
