I've been working on Biomedical Signal processing for a couple of years and is my area of expertise. - In can pre-process (clean) Biomedical signals for feature extraction, this cleaning is based on frequency characteristics, so I can make your IIR, FIR, and Wavelet filters in Matlab according to the signal and experiment characteristics (if necessary) and adjusting the correct time and amplitude scales according to the sampling frequency and gain of the signal. - In feature extraction, I can get the Power Spectral Density (PSD) of the signal by different methods (like welch), changes in amplitude, and statistical basic information in the time/frequency domain. - In advance signal processing I can make different algorithms for event detections (like epilepsy with an EEG), Heart Rate Variability (HRV) signal, and QRS Amplitude detection, I can use PCA/ICA technics for signal segmentation (such as Voice).
