I'm a Chartered Engineer by profession, with over 8 years of industrial experience in Engineering and Project Management. A Certified Project Management Professional, I have overseen a vast portfolio across small to large-complexity projects, construction of manufacturing facilities and renewable energy projects. Across this portfolio, I have successfully completed Solar PV projects accumulating to 20 MW across 25 locations in Sri Lanka and India over the past 04 years, as well as electrical designs for several large-scale manufacturing facilities and commercial buildings with an accumulated floor area of 1 million sq. ft. Through the implementation and management of these projects, I am highly proficient in the design, simulation and execution of solar PV and electrical installation projects. Throughout my career in a large Multinational Company, I have worked with and managed diverse teams across the organization's global operating locations. My extensive experience in several PM roles has provided me with the opportunity to enhance my skill-set across negotiations/ time & team management and strategic planning.
