A non-practicing attorney and former journalist, I craft random thoughts, whimsical musings and vague facts into scintillating prose. I have the proven ability to write clearly and concisely under very tight deadlines. I also know how to translate legalease into standard English! I have provided public relations and marketing services to a wide range of organizations, both as a consultant and an employee, including law firms, accounting firms, healthcare and insurance organizations, Fortune 500 corporations, non-profits, and civic/trade organizations. I have also written for such publications as the Minneapolis Star, Kenosha News, Twin Cities Magazine, Virginia Lawyers Weekly, Illinois Legal Times, Wisconsin Opinions and the Wisconsin Law Journal. My assignments have been varied: I have written speeches for a U.S. president and an attorney in South Korea, edited publications and reports for major corporations and small service firms, created communications plans for non-profits and new organizations, and ghost written articles for attorneys, CEOs, and small business owners.
