I'm Jhonas D. Sison, 23 years of age, currently a junior college student and is taking up Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management at Negros Oriental State University. I am residing at Cor. Capt. P. Cornelia Rd. & L. Rovira Rd., Lower Camanjac Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental 6200 Philippines. I've experienced working with Business Process Outsourcing companies as a Customer Service Representative. One of them is Qualfon Philippines, Inc. on where I handled an account of a Cellular Service Provider which is based in United States of America, aside from offering products, we were trained for technical processes to solve product and service issues for the customer. My position is with the Escalation Operations Team, which is expected to give good verbal communication, call handling and proper escalation procedures to provide good quality service and customer satisfaction. Since I have a lot of free time after my classes, I decided to seek for a job to enhance and widen my experience. Also to earn financially, so that I can support my studies. I'm a hard worker, an active communicator and pride myself in my work. My number one goal is 100% client satisfaction, and willing to do whatever is necessary to produce an excellent product for the client.
