I have 8 years experience in Construction Accounting, and specialize in Job Cost Analysis. My familiarity with construction and accounting software includes the following: Procore, eBuilder, Autodesk, Quickbooks, Sage 300. I am also highly proficient in excel, especially when it comes to budgeting and data analysis. Anything you need from construction administration to construction accounting, I am able to handle thoroughly and efficiently. I look at jobs from a high level and analysis areas that need improvement, whether it be overall job cost, phase budgets, job cost transfers, etc. I can manage WIP and report P&L. I am also highly skilled in AR - contracts, SOVs, change orders, aging, etc. AP - contracts, change orders, payment management. If you need a liaison for RFIs and Submittals, I am also great at time management to move the project along and help push deadlines to the finish.
