Hi, Im Jessica! I go by Jess for short. I grew up with a father in construction and have been around the industry since I was young. My professional introduction to construction was through my fathers GC company. It is here I learned the business side of construction and the administrative and higher level more specifically in apartment, shopping center and senior living facilities renovations for the first 3 years. He became successful and retired after being in business for 30+ years. My profession journey continued through the public sector through the next 5 years where I had the privilege to manage projects on the cost side for DoD, Federal Army, Aviation, and GA DOT as well as world known medical companies. Throughout the remaining 5 years, I worked efficiently analysed and implemented processes to drive costs down, bring in revenue more swiftly, and gradually increase profit.
Work Terms
My availiability is 8AM-6PM M-F and request compensation on the 1st & 15th.
