My name is Robert Butler, and I'm a proven public relations and marketing professional who has a talent for marketing, sales, and education in both English and Spanish. In addition to my extensive social media and Internet marketing experience, I have over 15 years in traditional marketing through printed materials, special events, radio, and television advertising. I've recently led the marketing efforts for Blackburn Communities. I planned and executed marketing campaigns to drive lead generation for new home sales in 3 master planned communities: Gardens at Mayfield and Diamond Oaks in Round Rock, Texas; and Oxford Commons in Oxford, Mississippi. We average between 3,000 and 6,000 visitors per month. I'm currently updating the website to make it more mobile-friendly. I served on the Board of Directors of the American Marketing Association in Austin as the Vice-President of Special Interest Groups. I led a team of fellow marketers who organize educational and entertaining events for our membership. I managed a Word-of-Mouth Marketing campaign in the Austin market for AT&T’s 4G LTE during the lifetime of the project from April 2012 to December 2012. My press releases and interviews have appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, Time magazine, Countdown with Keith Olbermann, and every major newspaper in Texas and Ohio. I have generated over 65,400 Google search results for my clients. I have an active Facebook page with over 4,000 fans. I keep it active by asking provocative, thoughtful, and interesting questions or posting articles that interest my audience. I also manage about a dozen Facebook Pages, Twitter, Linkedin, and YouTube profiles for my clients. I often use Wordpress to create and manage websites. In most cases, I created content and shot video myself. I have also worked collaboratively with advertising and public relations agencies. I have led and managed the creation and branding of media campaigns from scratch. I have used Constant Contact and MailChimp to implement email marketing campaigns. I have also attended Constant Contact workshops to become more effective. I have experience using Salesforce.com to track leads, sales, and customer service.
