-making outbound and inbound calls to customers and following up with them regarding their accounts, insurance, orders, payments, product subscriptions, etc.

-take pride in giving outstanding customer service and putting a smile on their faces.

-upselling products when needed.

-committed to having a positive, understanding, and professional attitude when dealing with customers. 

-communicate effectively with customers and promptly address queries and complaints.

-knowledgeable about all of the products/services available to help support the customer and make sure to maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 

-ensure that I effectively communicate and coordinate with colleagues/managers to share customer feedback and sentiment.

-ultimate goal is to ensure that customers are highly satisfied with their interactions and that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
