I am Theresa Mae Miras Bandejas, aged 21, with two months of experience in the BPO industry as a customer service representative at Concentrix San Lazaro. I handled an international voice account which involved assisting customers with their insurance, card problems, doctor appointments, and orders over the phone, mail, and counter.

I am used to a work-from-home setup and have my own laptop with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor @ 2.40GHz 2.42GHz, 8.00 GB (7.78 GB usable) RAM, and 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor. I am proficient in English, both verbally and in writing, and I am also an artist, drawing human faces, buildings, etc. I am also skilled in Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, AutoCAD, Excel, and more. I am looking for a job that will fit my skills and experience, but I am also open to a new job that is outside of my comfort zone as I like to gain new knowledge and experiences in other fields.

Work Terms

I am able to work between 8 and 10 hours with a rate of $7 or higher per hour, depending on the tasks and amount of work required. I am available to work a flexible schedule.
