I am a research scientist in fisheries sciences specialised in Fish processing Technology/Post Harvest Technology with more than a decade of experience in Teaching, research and Extension activities conducting various training and demonstration programmes for farmers, seafood technologists, self-help groups and entrepreneurs in the concerned field as resource person. I write manuscripts for national and International research, popular, review, and peer-reviewed articles. I am a reviewer for national and International peer-reviewed research and review articles. I have a brief experience working as a Head of a Centre for Advanced Biotech Innovation Centre for AquaMarine at the College of Fisheries, Mangalore, India, where my job was to nurture start-ups and incubatees to set up their business venture. Meanwhile, my job was to create an ideal ecosystem for start-ups and incubatees by providing exposure to various seminars, symposia, workshops and training programmes.
