Empowering Innovation in Fisheries: Bridging Research, Education, and Entrepreneurship

I am a research scientist in fisheries sciences specialised in Fish processing Technology/Post Harvest Technology with more than a decade of experience in Teaching, research and Extension activities conducting various training and demonstration programmes for farmers, seafood technologists, self-help groups and entrepreneurs in the concerned field as resource person. I write manuscripts for national and international research, popular articles, reviews, and peer-reviewed articles. I am a reviewer for national and international peer-reviewed research and review articles. I have a brief experience working as a Head of a Centre for Advanced Biotech Innovation Centre for AquaMarine at the College of Fisheries, Mangalore, India, where my job was to nurture start-ups and incubatees to set up their business venture. Meanwhile, my job was to create an ideal ecosystem for start-ups and incubates by providing exposure to various seminars, symposia, workshops, and training programmes.

Work Terms

5-6 hrs/day, payment mode through online bank transfer/UPI and communication via email and whatsapp.
