I have the ability to work under pressure, Highly trainable and willing to learn things, most esp. new things, I can multi-task with a good communication skills,I have a high level of attention to details and Highly experienced when it comes to customer service. I've been with the BPO industry for 5years now as a CSR, TSR, Senior process executive and Email handler and also handled Financial acct. as well and been part of the Special Services dept. I just started working with Odesk last May 2014 as customer service and email support. I worked with Raw Food Magazine and Copy Paste the contents to WordPress and also uploading images and researching for a great content. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant and my roles are to organize my client's schedule, do some data entry jobs and creating a letter of recommendations, working on an excel file and MS Word. So right now I am looking forward to have a long-term job here in guru.
