I have the ability to work under pressure, Highly trainable and willing to learn things, most esp. new things, with a good communication skills and Highly experienced when it comes to customer service.I've been with the BPO industry for 5years now as a CSR, TSR, Senior process executive and Email handler and also handled Financial acct. as well and been part of the Special Services dept. I just started working with Odesk last May 2014 as customer service and email support and I've noticed a big difference in working from home and working outside and I can really tell you that it's much better to work from home because I can now have more quality time with my son and my husband.
So right now I am looking forward to get hired and get more experience working here.
