As Technical Support Representative, we are also handling customer queries about the product. Responsible in documenting all calls we received and efficiently giving them troubleshooting steps that could resolve the problem. Taking care of their concerns and gaining their trust is our primary objective. We are also required to meet daily metrics with different component to perform and to be more productive.
