Essentially I gained most of my experience in Business Process Outsourcing/Offshoring/Customer Service industry. With a beginning from entry level in operations providing enhanced world-class customer support, I moved up the ladder in horizontal dimension i.e. QA, Workforce Management and Business Development. During these roles, I worked for US based companies and had the opportunity of establishing a strong network with fortune 1000 and mid-sized companies in North America. This horizontal growth perspective played a significant role specifically in my career development and generally in revenue generation for the companies I have worked at.
