Working as part of a team,with DEV and OPS, responsible for the functional support of the document control systems used by the organisation´s clients. Leveraging team strengths and product knowledge to resolve issues and build client base. Always being an excellent communicator with established customer service abilities and a can do attitude. Taking full ownership, giving technical support, using remote access / remote desktop software, tuning, management of installation packages, working with a task management system, directly communicating with admins. Technical understanding of client environments that guarantees that the system and programs work now. Escalated cases to bug tracking and worked with engineers supporting the development and implementation of core products.
