Autonomous, self-managed, and leadership based. My role is to support the organisation´s clients regarding use of products for Electronic Document Management / SAAS/ cloud-based systems. Working as part of a team,with DEV and OPS, responsible for the functional support of the document control systems used by the organisation´s clients. Leveraging team strengths and product knowledge to resolve issues and build client base. Always being an excellent communicator with established customer service abilities and a can do attitude.

Taking full ownership, giving technical support, using remote access / remote desktop software, tuning, management of installation packages, working with a task management system, directly communicating with admins. Technical understanding of client environments that guarantees that the system and programs work now. Escalated cases to bug tracking and worked with engineers supporting the development and implementation of core products.

Work Terms

Servicing US / UK and UAE zones. Would like to use a CRM such as Salesforce or Desk.com to assist any and all clients. Queue management would be handled through Outlook or other mail system. Remote session using Gotomeeting or LYNC or Teamviewer is also recommended. I can schedule according to the needs of the client.
