Stock transfer account - answering incoming calls from shareholders and assisting in their concerns about selling, legal transfers, company mergers, and research. I'm used to formal, friendly, and playful responses. I was trained to make my way of communicating to be more personalized. The biggest factor on how I was being evaluated about my work before was based on the customers' satisfaction, my productivity, and the quality of each responses.
