I gained my customer service experience by being a representative to different call centers here in the Philippines, I am confident that the skills that I have can deliver a 100% quality of work. For 2 years of being a representative, I was promoted to become a Subject Matter Expert then to Assistant Manager. Putting myself to ones shoe really makes me realized how important to service them well, and I see more of it as helping the customer rather than making a living out of it. I believed that this attitude makes me excel to the customer service world.
