I recently resigned to my 8hrs. BPO office job as an Asst. Manager - customer service and lead generation. I am part of a team whose main task was to make sure that we maintain and grow the strong partnership that we have with our clients, both US and Australia clients.For the most part I am the one who send all calendar invites for business meetings and to take down the minutes of meeting. We communicate with them in all forms, via email, phone, chats, conference calls and video calls. I also ensure that all client updates were disseminated to the entire operations team down to the agents and all documents were updated as part of the agreement. We ensure that we are delivering the excellent service for the business.
I decided to step away from it all, to the company that I served for 5 years not because I save so much, but I felt the need of me to spend more time with my family and to do something for myself. I do solo backpacking, most part of the Philippines and Ho Chi Min City in Vietnam. Doing this taught me so much. Being with different kinds of people from around the globe gave me a different views in life.
At the moment I have tons of time to do some customer service and/or lead generation work. I can also go beyond my skills like doing some data entry, research and product/business promotion via social media. Once hired, I can adjust my timings and to whatever the client needs.
Work Terms
- 4 to 6 hours weekdays; 4 hours on weekends if necessary.
