I have been working in the customer service field for 20 years, ranging from call center for private companies to working as an emergency services operator in a major metropolitan city in the United States. I am also natively fluent in english and spanish, and served for 2 and a 1/2 years as a phone interpreter translating live calls from english to spanish and vice versa, ranging from car insurance investigations to medical consultations and assessments.
