I am an honest, upfront person, From my first customer service job working at an alarm installation company monitoring center, to background investigations and as a 911 operator, I have developed the temperament to handle any situation and maintain a professional demeanor. I have also deal with sales (health insurance) and am available to serve as customer service consultant as well. I am hispanic, and completely fluid in both english and spanish, and can read, write, speak, and translate all at a moments notice. My most recent employment was for over 2 1/2 years working as an interpreter translating live calls for Fortune 500 companies, and also school districts and municipal government agencies from several states.
Work Terms
My hours of operation are from Monday - Friday 8:30pm EST until midnight, although my hours and days are flexible. My works terms are simple; I request and expect the job details to be clear and expectations to be realistic. I also prefer communications done via email or skype.
