I have many years of remote experience. I have just previously ended a 7 year contract with a client. In that position I worked from home and managed the call center team, chat team, email and text team. I was the liaison between team management and the CEO. I have all office skills, many CRM's, Zendesk, Freshbooks, Five9, and many more. I monitored qa, created spread sheets, tracked the metrics, motivated and trained staff as well as hiring. I am very self motivated with excellent communication skills and welcome challenges with a smile. I learn quickly and work from a professional home office.
