Allow me to introduce myself my name is Anita. 30 years ago my career was being molded and I was unaware at the time. It started in the credit card industry. I started as a csr and quickly moved up to the training department, from there I went to a unit manager then to the Quality department which is my true passion.For the last 7 years I have had the experience to work with an online marketing master, where I worked from home and traveled as needed. I picked up many new things working with him and I now have expansive knowledge. I ran all aspects of his customer service departments. These included Chat, Email, and Call Center I have open availability and I welcome all challenges with a smile. I am very self motivated and work from my home office. I have all office experience, script writing, training, management, recruiting, creating reporting, organizational and motivation skills, excellent communication skills, and QA Monitoring skills.
