I have 2 years of work experience. My first year was with TaskUs, a call center company in Batangas. I started as an e-mail and chat support representative for an online shopping website based in the US. During the time that I was working with them, I was able to acquire knowledge in the field of e-commerce. I was able to learn how to handle customers of different profiles. After 10 months, I applied and was hired for a higher role which is a Client Analyst. After I resigned from the company, I pursued a career as a Virtual assistant. I have worked with 4 different drop shipping stores since I started as a VA. Aside from this, I also do freelance photography and video coverage for events which gave me experience in photo and video editing using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
