I have 2 years of work experience. My first year was with TaskUs, a call center company in Batangas. I started as an e-mail and chat support representative for an online shopping website based in the US. During the time that I was working with them, I was able to acquire knowledge in the field of e-commerce. I was able to learn how to handle customers of different profiles.
After 10 months, I applied and was hired for a higher role which is a Client Analyst.
My main role is to do quality audits for the tickets that were handled by my teammates. Aside from that, I was also tasked to regularly communicate and work with our clients to better improve the services that we provide to our customers.
After I resigned from the company, I pursued a career as a Virtual assistant. I have worked with 4 different drop shipping stores since I started as a VA.
I have gained experience in Order Fulfilment using Dropified and Shopify, Dispute and Chargeback Handling, Social Media Management and Page Moderation, Product Launching using FB Ads Manager and Copy Listing.
Aside from this, I also do freelance photography and video coverage for events which gave me experience in photo and video editing using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
