Spending years in some of the best call centers gave me in-depth knowledge and training in providing top-of-the-line customer service to clients especially when I was promoted to be a Quality Assurance Coach. I have not only acquired and developed skills for customer service but all these skills were enhanced to the highest level and became my passion which made me very efficient and effective worker. My hard-working attitude and determination enables me to finish my task before deadline. My typing accuracy is 90% and I am very keen to details. I am highly trainable, flexible, works under minimal supervision and very open to learn new skills.
