Coaches and develops all the representatives monitored, coordinates the voice interaction with the data from the servicing system to ensure that the customer receives timely, accurate and complete information.

Provides customer service and technical assistance to Sprint customers in the US.

Intel Philippines:
Provides technical assistance to people who visited their booth. I provided information on how the product works and its comparison to the other processors in the market.

Sun Life Financial Canada:
Provides Customer Service for Sunlife member,doing outbound calls to offer new product line and other pre-need insurance.

Worked as Marketing Assistant to Marketing and Media Department.
