I worked in a BPO industry for 4 years as a CSR and handled inbound and outbound calls and also answering emails as well with different accounts. The accounts that I handled are 2 TELCO companies which are Sprint and Metro by T-Mobile, Dental Insurance which is Guardian, Hotel Reservation which is Hilton and an Online Shopping account which is Create and Craft.
I am the on assist them when they need an explanation for their billing, providing payment arrangement, providing the eligibilities of their insurance, booking, cancelling and upgrading their hotel rooms and processing and tracking their orders.
These are my responsibilities when I got hired as a CSR for those accounts.
