worked there for 1.5 yrs & then got an opportunity to work with American Express as a CSR, worked there for 1.5 yrs and took my second
sabbatical break for 4 yrs as there was some medical complications, after 4 yrs, I started again with TCS as an AR analyst & worked there
for 1 yr and then I got an opportunity to join Rx Advance PBM as a CSR on 02/02/2023 as a CSR, & since then I am working there and now got p
promoted as a CSR 2, handling call quality, raising tickets for issues, Coverting audio to text file for after call surveys, doing dashboard review,
taking supervisor calls and handling calls when required.
