I have 4 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. customers. I was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines and served as Quality Assurance Analyst for more than a year. I've been with the BPO industry for four years now. I have passion for customer service and I always aim to meet beyond customer's expectations.
