I’ve worked in a BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative for 10 years. And, in my years of experience, I've developed excellent communication skills and customer handling skills. My experience in BPO has helped me improve my organizational skills and my sales skills. I have basic computer knowledge, I can multi-task and a good team player.
