Customer Service with a personal touch
I’ve worked in a BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative for 10 years. And, in my years of experience, I've developed excellent communication skills and customer handling skills. My experience in BPO has helped me improve my organizational skills and my sales skills. I have basic computer knowledge, I can multi-task and a good team player. I already have experience doing inbound calls, outbound calls, chat support and email support. Looking forward to learning new things, develop new skills and career growth.
